3. JOB DUTIES.

To carry out the functions assigned to him, the head of the organizational and methodological office performs the following duties:

3.1. Organizes the work of the department of statistics and methodological work.

3.2. Provides reporting on the performance of endpoint models, the number of patients consulted and treated in medical institutions republican appointment and the city of Minsk.

3.3. Participates in carrying out planned and advisory visits to health care facilities in rural areas.

3.4. Organizes and takes part in the reception and compilation of annual statistical reports, submits them to higher health authorities on time.

3.5. Brings to the attention of the LPO of the district orders, instructions and orders of higher health authorities on medical statistics, controls their implementation in all departments of the Central District Hospital and LPO of the district.

3.6. Ensures the preparation of issues for their consideration at sessions of deputies, meetings of the district executive committee, standing deputy commissions.

3.7. Carries out constant control over the correctness of registration of documentation on mortality of the population.

3.8. Participates in the development and analysis of the state of mortality of the population, discussions at medical conferences.

3.9. Carries out control over the quality of filling, marking and encryption of cards of those who left the hospital, statistical coupons.

3.10. Takes an active part in organizing and conducting seminars on accounting and reporting, maintaining medical records.

3.11. Ensures the introduction into practice of progressive forms and methods of calculation for medical statistics.

To check the status of accounting and reporting, the reliability of reporting data in all structural divisions of the Central District Hospital and LPO of the district.

Participate in the work of an expert commission to sum up the results of the monthly work of the Central District Hospital and the Medical Councils under the chief physician of the Central District Hospital on statistics, reporting, the performance of planned functions of medical positions and other issues related to medical care for the population of the district.

Give proposals, prepare draft orders and decisions of the Medical Council on the use of hospital beds, maintaining medical and accounting records.

Demand and receive from other departments and specialists the necessary information and documents on issues within the competence of OMK.

Involve employees of other departments in joint work when resolving issues related to the instructions of the management of the institution.

Submit proposals for incentives and penalties to the manager.

Systematically improve their qualifications in the prescribed manner.
