Depending on the operation of processing the linen into the outer drum, enter: hot water through the hot water valve; cold water through a cold water valve; detergents through the filler flap or valve; steam through the steam valve. Turn on and stop the machine using the "Start", "Stop" buttons. Monitor the operation of individual mechanisms, monitor the liquid level in the machine, monitor the temperature, monitor the vapor pressure. After finishing processing the laundry, stop the machine, open the loading door, unload the laundry into the trolley.

4.2. on centrifuges of laundries, drum drying

Wet laundry, in accordance with the loading weight, evenly and smoothly spread in the rotor circumference, after shaking each item, close the lid, set the control knob above the lid, turn on the electric motor with the "Start" button. After the end of the spin, the engine is automatically turned off and the signal lamp goes out. Use the lever to brake the rotor, open the lid, unload the laundry. Shake the laundry wrung out in the centrifuge and load it into the drying drum. Close the door, set the time relay for the required drying time and press the "Start" button. After the end of drying, the drum switches off and the signal lamp goes out. Open the door, take out the laundry.

4.3. on an ironing press, drying and ironing machine

The linen for ironing is laid flat in the hopper. From the hopper, leveling the leading edge, onto the conveyor belt. The conveyor transports the laundry to the tray. Before thick laundry enters the ironing area, use the tumbler on the control panel to raise the roller and immediately after entering the front edge tray, lower it.

Before starting work on ironing presses, open all valves on the connection lines and turn on the circuit breaker. After heating the ironing plate, place the laundry on the lower plate, smooth it with your hands (from the middle to the edges) and press the “Rotate” button, which feeds the plate to the ironing zone. While the laundry is drying and ironing on one lower plate, place the laundry on the other and after ironing on the first plate, when the pressed plate with the laundry goes down, by pressing the "Rotate" button again, feed the second lower plate with the laundry into the ironing zone. The cycle repeats itself.

At the end of the shift, after the end of ironing, dry the pads of the lower ironing plates. To do this, put the press in idle (without linen) and perform several cycles.

Attention: arbitrary naming of positions can create certain difficulties for any organization. The fact is that each organization is obliged to conduct a special assessment of the working conditions of its employees (Law of December 28, 2013 No. 426-FZ "On special assessment of working conditions"). If the position is not provided for by any of the TSA, then it will be difficult to fulfill this requirement. Also, the arbitrary naming of positions will create difficulties for the organization in drawing up various reports, for example, 1-T (prof).
