When looking for a job, do not limit yourself to recruiting sites alone. Use other methods: contact the company directly, make useful contacts in professional communities (for example, through social networks), call friends and acquaintances. The more people know that you are looking for a job, the more chances you have of meeting a potential employer.

Almost all of us normal people have one path, one path along which we are rapidly striding into adulthood. Each of us makes his own choice, but whether it is correct or not, only time shows. Having made a choice, we study and receive an education, some go to work in their specialty, while others choose a different career path. In particular, this is due to the fact that a person simply does not have the opportunity to get a job with a diploma, or, for example, he is offered to gain experience to work almost for free and for more than one year.

My husband is an energy engineer by education, but he has not worked for a day in his specialty. I'm not saying that he did not try, there were attempts, interviews, but the search did not give any results, and then, quite by accident, he was offered to work at the construction site of an elite house, promised not a bad salary and a good work schedule. Many years have passed, now he is successful in his business, he has golden hands and a good customer base, he knows how to do absolutely everything, from turnkey apartments to the construction of baths and fireplaces.

At work, I sometimes face the selection of personnel and, when posting vacancies for a particular specialty, I often get resumes of people with no work experience. For example, I post a vacancy for an administrator, and resumes come from people who have not worked a day and have no experience, but really want and strive. Sometimes I make concessions and meet with applicants in the hope of discovering talent and striving to learn. Basically, these are young specialists who have little or no work experience, only after graduating from university.
So, here are some tips for this category of people: The first thing to start with is your resume, it must be competently composed, free of grammatical errors and contain as much as possible more information about you. Show that you are good at drafting this document and include a 3x4 photograph, always modest and businesslike. The resume is your face and if the employer does not like it, it will be put aside, and not even a minute of time will be given to it. On my way, I met similar candidates, when they posted a photo of boxing a pear, or my beloved myself, at a secular party with a cocktail in their hands on my resume, this is unacceptable and is immediately suppressed by the employer. The first step you took, your resume has outdone itself, and you got to the interview, now it's up to you. Do not be embarrassed, do not blush and do not become isolated, all these are just minuses in your karma, pull yourself together, relax and start selling yourself, and it's okay that you have no work experience, because we all started with something. In my memory, there was a case when a guy, immediately after graduation, received an excellent position on his own, simply proved himself in the best way and is still successfully building his career.
