Favorite, native names - Like stars, you are in our sky, And next to a bright star she served in an infantry battalion. You carried me out from under the fire And extended my life for a century. I'm looking for you in women, such as in the years of hard times. For a long time already abandoned tarpaulin And the bag in the medical battalion is at a hitch. But I always see your eyes Blooming on a black minefield.

“What was done by Soviet military medicine during the years of the last war, in all fairness can be called a feat. For us, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the image of a military doctor will remain the personification of high humanism, courage and dedication "

During the Great Patriotic War, more than 200 thousand doctors and over 500 thousand paramedics, nurses, medical instructors and orderlies were in the army and navy, many of whom died in the fire of the fighting. In general, during the war, the death rate of medical workers was in second place after rifle ones. The combat losses of the medical corps amounted to 210,602 people, of which 84,793 were irrecoverable. The greatest losses were on the battlefield or near it - 88.2% of the total number of losses, including medical orderlies-porters - 60%.

Slide 7

Most of the doctors are women, mothers, sisters, daughters. On their shoulders fell the brunt of everyday warfare, because almost the entire male population was on the front line. Medical women. Their lot was tested no less than the soldiers on the front line. They showed so much courage, courage, and fearlessness! Old people and children, wounded and disabled, weak and sick - all needed help nurse and a sanitary squad. And every soldier and commander felt this in battle, knowing that there was a sister nearby - a “sister”, a fearless person who will not leave you in trouble, will provide first aid in any conditions, drag you to cover, endure on yourself in a difficult moment, hide from the bombing on my way.

Slide 8

“... more than 200 wounded were carried out of the battlefield by Comrade Verozubov and given them the first medical assistance... Taking part in a tank landing on the battlefield, she bandaged 40 wounded soldiers. Three times wounded did not leave the battlefield. " “..I, a young nurse, under the bombardment and shelling had to dress up wounds on the battlefield, find those who breathed, find help and save, drag a heavy soldier with weak girlish hands to the dressing point ... the wounded were able to jump out and escape into the forest. The seriously wounded screamed out of fear, I calmed them down as best I could, ran from car to car. Fortunately, the bombs did not hit. " Now the lives of all the wounded depended on the girl. She had to, without hesitation, help a man save his life, without hesitation, she said: "Take blood from me as much as you need", and in return received words of gratitude and letters.

Since August 1943, Rusakov was a military doctor. Then he became a battalion doctor in a special-purpose brigade, which was part of the strategic reserve. During the period of offensive battles in Ukraine (crossing the Dnieper), the battalion was assigned to one of the attacking divisions. Alexander Alexandrovich Vishnevsky - a universal surgeon - was very popular among the wounded and sick. He was a real, outstanding doctor who treated people from whom even the most experienced doctors turned away. Well, how can we forget the famous discovery of Vishnevsky - ointment? Nikolai Nikolaevich Burdenko turned 65 in 1945. But on the very first day of the war, he came to the military-sanitary department of the Red Army. "I consider myself mobilized, he said," - I am ready to carry out any task. Burdenko was appointed chief surgeon of the Red Army. May 8, 1943 - by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR for outstanding achievements in the field of Soviet medicine N.N. Burdenko was the first Soviet physician to be awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the Order of Lenin and the Hammer and Sickle Gold Medal.

When carried out in the PMP medical examination In order to determine the urgency of their evacuation, the arriving wounded were replaced by bandages that were soaked and unsatisfactorily applied, the correct application of splints was checked and, if necessary, they were replaced, control over the tourniquets applied earlier to stop arterial bleeding was carried out. Particular attention was paid to the introduction of tetanus and antigangrenous sera for artillery-mine wounds of the lower half of the body, as well as for all lacerated wounds and large contamination of the body. At the PMP, measures were taken to combat shock and the consequences of large blood loss, which required emergency care in the form of preoperative blood transfusion and blood substitutes, which was of particular importance in the harsh conditions of evacuation of the wounded

Competition "My profession is my future" My profession is a nurse Author: first-year student of the State budgetary educational institution of secondary vocational education"Yeisk Medical College of the Krasnodar Territory Health Department" Natalya Radchenko Head: teacher Guseinov V.А. Recently, health workers have ceased to be respected, as it was before Interns is a living example. This series condemns the corruption and ignorance of healthcare workers. We sometimes forget to whom we owe, maybe not to everyone, but certainly to many. After all, on their hands we see the world for the first time From their touch, we take the first breath They always fight for our life, sometimes stronger than ourselves. A nurse is a soul, first of all.

  • The clearest example of this is Florence Nightingale, an Englishwoman who, during the Crimean War, became the founder of the nursing service. She led the women who were helping the wounded soldiers. This great woman collected donations for the creation of a school of nursing, later opened at the St. Thomas Hospital (London).
  • It is no coincidence that Russians celebrate
  • World Nurse Day 12 May - that's when Florence was born. Also, this date is the day of the creation of a professional organization by the sisters of mercy from different countries the world.
  • Today's society cannot be imagined without health workers. There may be bad doctors, rude nurses, but they make up a small part of those people who are really medical workers with a capital letter.
She is slightly in the shadow of the attending physician. Half a step apart according to her status, but this distance shortens the distance between her and the patient. She is a nurse. And in the matter of nursing a patient, she is the main one. What qualities should a nurse have:
  • First of all, by hard work.
  • Cleanliness, external and internal, modesty.
  • To be able to sympathize with someone else's grief.
  • The nurse is obliged to behave in such a way that the patient can trust her completely, without embarrassment of any manipulation and procedure. At work, she should be able to forget about herself, about her household chores and problems, always be with the patient.
  • In the process of healing, in my opinion, all links are equally important, and if the doctor's business is to treat pathology, then the nurses are to help the patient psychologically cope with the disease.
  • This profession is really hard work, but seeing the faces of happy discharging patients is a great joy!
Childhood dreams
  • They say that thoughts are material, and that a person
  • most often he talks about what he dreams about, it will definitely come true.
  • Every time I saw a nurse or doctor in a snow-white coat, I imagined myself in their image, in the image of a nurse - a sorceress who saves people.
  • Yes, thoughts are material, now I know for sure, because in the near future my childhood dream will come true and I will become a nurse.
  • And may I not be a sorceress from childhood dreams,
  • but I will definitely help people!
Why I want to choose a nursing profession
  • First, I want to help people. When you are in the hospital, there is always a lack of warmth, participation, affectionate words. The nurse is more with the sick than the doctor, and she can comfort the sick.
  • Secondly, I myself will need it in my life. When I have a family, children, I will be able to provide them with the most basic medical care. I will be able to competently look after my parents - after all, they too will grow old someday.
  • In general, for each of us, specialists are very important who are responsible for our life with you - doctors.
  • A nurse is the legs of a legless man, the eyes of a blind man, a support for a child, a source of knowledge and confidence for a young mother, the mouth of those who are too weak or self-absorbed to speak.
  • Virginia Henderson.
There is probably no point in arguing about how necessary, important, wonderful the profession of a nurse is.
  • Sincerity, emotional culture, the ability to perceive the experiences of a neighbor, education in responsibility, a sincere understanding of your duty to other people, the realization that only you and it is you who can and should help a sick person to find the fullness of existence, i.e. to become healthy - these are the moral indicators necessary, in my opinion, for people who have chosen this profession.
  • It's impossible without nurses -
  • Without your gentle, kind hands, That touching the wounds carefully, Remove the fear from the faces of the sick,
  • Without your full eyes of attention,
  • Without your words of encouragement ... All of you are full of charm, All of you are worthy of admiration!
  • You scurry like dexterous bees,
  • To whom - an injection, to whom - to drink, Carry the warmth of your soul, Sick not daring to forget.
  • You are the embodiment of care
  • With any contact you have sick And on Sunday and Saturday you disperse the pain like smoke,
  • With your heartfelt attention,
  • And those support who are without strength, In endless movement ... Ah, nurses, how cute you are!

"State budgetary educational institution secondary vocational education "Amur Medical College" Project author: Ismaylova Aksana Alekseevna Head: Vasilyeva Tatyana Valerievna II- All-Russian competition students of NGOs and VET Power Point Presentation "My profession is my future"

In the past, she was called the Sister of Mercy. In the days of terrible epidemics, wars, sometimes in one word, they could soothe the pain of the suffering, comfort and give hope for recovery. Even the most painful injection is not noticeable under the nurse's gentle voice. And the bitter mixture does not seem so disgusting. The first representative of this profession was the Englishwoman Florence Nightingale, who in the days of the Crimean company organized a kind of ambulance detachment, which included nuns, nurses, 38 people in total. Today, May 12, on her birthday, nurses from all countries celebrate their professional holiday - International Nurses Day. A bit of history….

The profession of a nurse is incredibly relevant and in demand. Their geography possible work extensive: - these are small regional hospitals, clinics, dispensaries, and large medical centers; - these are sanatoriums, all kinds of recreation centers, medical preventive institutions; -it schools, large state and private organizations, enterprises.

A nurse must know the name and purpose of drugs, the rules and methods of disinfection, the rules for performing injections, vaccinations, dressings, the rules of patient care, the basic concepts of professional ethics and deontology, sections of medical and educational psychology, must be familiar with the technique of performing medical procedures. Good general education in biology, botany, anatomy, chemistry, physics is required.

In the rapidly emerging healthcare market, the need for nurses is 2-3 times greater than for doctors. Today there is an acute shortage of nurses. However, there is an even greater demand for experienced initiative nurses in the paid health care system. In this system, the number of vacancies exceeds 56%, and the real need for executive qualified experienced nurses reaches 86%. Only facts ... ...

A nurse has several career options. You can, while remaining in the same position, improve your qualifications and receive a corresponding salary increase. Another option is administrative: you can become the head nurse of a department or even a hospital. The third option is to continue your education and become a doctor. Perspectives in the profession

In early September 1854, the girl Dasha from the Korabelnaya side of Sevastopol suddenly cut her braids, changed into a sailor's uniform, sold all her orphan property inherited from her parents. In return, she bought a horse with a cart, blankets and a lot of white linen, bottles of vinegar and wine. The neighbors decided that she was "moved by her mind" after the death of her father (the sailor Lavrenty Mikhailov died in the Battle of Sinop) and decided to go to all four directions. But the cart moved to the banks of the Alma River, where one of the most difficult battles of the Crimean War was going on. This "carriage of grief" became the first mobile dressing station on the battlefield, and Dasha was the embodiment of a sister of mercy. In the name of mercy

The humanistic and heroic example set many women's hearts aflame in the besieged city. Following her, other Sevastopol patriots, wives, sisters and daughters of the participants in the defense, began to look after the wounded. Like Dasha, the Kryzhanovsky sisters Ekaterina, Vassa and eleven-year-old Alexandra were subsequently awarded the gold medals "For Zeal". Nicholas I asked the Grand Dukes Nicholas and Mikhail, who were in Sevastopol, to kiss her on his own behalf and reward her with 500 rubles, and upon marriage, pay 1000 rubles as a dowry

All of them were not doctors, which the hospitals of Sevastopol really needed. Then Nikolai Pirogov, the famous surgeon who led the military medicine of the besieged city, called for "to use all his strength and knowledge for the benefit of the army on the battlefield" of the nurses of the Exaltation of the Cross community of St. Petersburg, created on the initiative and at the expense of Grand Duchess Elena Pavlovna, widow of the younger brother of Emperor Nicholas I Grand Duke Michael.

The Sisters of Mercy wore a gold cross on a blue ribbon as a distinctive sign of the community. With their honesty and dedication, they earned ardent love in the army: “It was their widow, Prince Mikhail, who sent them,” the soldiers said with gratitude about the Grand Duchess.

Today, as in times past, the nurse, whose fragile shoulders bear the main burden of caring for the sick, is the stronghold of morality and humanism in modern medicine.

The work of a nurse is very difficult both physically and mentally. Only truly strong in spirit, patient, kind, sensitive and sympathetic remain in this profession. No wonder nurses used to be called sisters of mercy. Healthy people are not placed in hospitals, and where there is pain, there is suffering. Nurses not only follow the instructions of the treating doctor, but also help patients cope with suffering.

Sisters of mercy, no doubt, deserve their own holiday - a day when they are given special attention. When they talk a lot about this profession, they say many kind words to the nurses and even give them gifts. And there is such a holiday - Nurse Day is celebrated annually all over the world on May 12.

Reader.

Here again the long-awaited dawn has come,

You walk through the hospital ward through moans and sighs.

You smile so that every sick person lives with hope and faith again,

Even if only drops and crumbs remain of them.

There is a high calling in life-

Be a nurse!

It contains care, love, compassion,

It contains both pity and self-sacrifice!

Your hands have saved and will save thousands more lives

And all hospital patients need them.

And of course it's not out of place to say today

The kindness of a nurse for the patient knows no bounds.

And you believe that everything is not in vain

Though sleepless nights and hard work at times.

Life becomes bright, and this is wonderful

When fears and pain are over, when death conquers the patient.

Lead 1. International Nurses Day is celebrated annually on May 12. A good tradition that has recently acquired its own in our country new life, united on this day nurses of different profiles, different ages, different destinies, from different cities and countries, various institutions and already retirees. Flowers, congratulations, good wishes, touching memories, festive concert performances - all this is inherent in such an event.

Slide number 2

Lead 2. Why is this professional holiday celebrated on May 12? The date was not chosen by chance - May 12, 1820 is the birthday of the famous Englishwoman Florence Nightingale, who during the Crimean War (1853 - 1856) organized the world's first service of sisters of mercy.

Lead 1. Florence Nightingale was born on May 12, 1820 in Florence. In the middle of the 19th century, during the heyday of the British Empire, life was difficult for ordinary people. While the wealthy upper-class drowned in luxury, the poor had to struggle to survive every day. At the time, it was assumed that a woman's lot was to stay at home and look after the children. Only the poorest women worked, unable to make ends meet without it. Nursing the sick was considered a bad job because it had to be done in dire conditions and for a pittance.

Slide number 3

Lead 2 .. Attitudes towards carers have changed thanks to Florence Nightingale. Born into a wealthy family, she began to help patients suffering from various diseases. Nightingale felt insufficient to engage in ordinary charity work, and she went to the Crimean War in order to provide medical assistance to the wounded. Her efforts have not only led to significant reductions in hospital mortality, but also revolutionized hygiene in patient care.

Lead 1. In the 19th century, this seemed like an unheard-of challenge to the foundations of the then society. Nursing - how low and dirty it is! Florence Nightingale has had to overcome family resentment and hostility from many male doctors. However, this amazing woman, with perseverance, made a real revolution in the medical service.

Slide number 4

Lead 2. The legendary Englishwoman Florence Nightingale, in Notes of Nursing, published in 1859, singled out two areas in nursing - nursing and nursing; gave a definition of nursing; showed the difference between nursing and medical; analyzed the influence of sanitary and hygienic factors on health.

Slide number 5

Lead 1 ... In 1860, Florence Nightingale organized the world's first nursing school at St Thomas's Hospital in London. The selection of nurses for the school was very strict. The sisters were provided with full food, housing and pocket money, but a strict protocol of behavior was set up for each of them. If a sister was noticed in unscrupulous care of the sick, rough treatment or anything else reprehensible, she was immediately expelled from school and hospital.

Lead 2. The sisters of mercy, finishing school, made a solemn oath composed by Florence Nightingale, which included the following words: "With all my might I will strive to help the doctor in his work and will devote myself to ensuring the health of those who turned to me for help."

Lead 1. The selfless woman became an example of service to people and a prototype of international mercy. Her merit was the struggle for the reform of the medical care system in the British army and the transformation of the nursing service into a serious, respected profession through the development of special training programs and the presentation of high professional requirements to nursing activities.

Slide number 6

Lead 2. In 1912 International Federation The Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies have instituted the Florence Nightingale Medal for True Compassion and Caring for People Admired by All of Humanity. This award is the most honorable for sisters of mercy anywhere in the world.
Slide number 7

Lead 1. The profession of a nurse is very important and in demand today, because a nurse fulfills most of the doctor's prescriptions, spends the most time with the patient, providing him with all kinds of assistance, trying to alleviate the course of the disease. A nurse is "legs of a legless man", "eyes of a blind man", a support for a child, a source of knowledge and confidence for a young mother, the mouth of those "who are too weak and immersed in themselves to speak."

Lead 2. Have you ever wondered why women in this profession are called sisters? And this word stuck for the reason that the first nurses appeared thanks to the church. So in this case “sister” is not a related, but a spiritual concept.

Kindness is immeasurable

Love is immeasurable too

The hand is immeasurable,

Which is the most expensive.

Slide number 9

When trouble catches you by surprise:

You are unwell, you look very bad -

They give everyone their warmth

They were given a name - sisters of mercy.

Slide number 10

Their help is kind of aloof,

Their help is kind of imperceptible,

But also in the rear and in the war

They fought selflessly.

Slide number 11

Having covered the wounded from bullets with myself,

Forgetting about rest and sleep,

They saved someone's life at times,

And then they themselves did not come home.

Slide number 12

Lead 1. Since ancient times, women's labor has been used to care for babies, the elderly and the sick. In the history of Russia there are reliable documents according to which female labor was used by the state- to care for the wounded in hospitals and infirmaries under Peter 1.

Slide number 13

By his decree in 1715, educational homes were created in which women were supposed to serve. However, the recruitment of women to work in hospitals was soon canceled. The role of nurses was assigned to retired soldiers. Female labor in civilian hospitals only began to be used again in the middle of the 18th century. It was carried out by female sitters, who were the wives or widows of hospital soldiers.

Slide number 14.

Lead 2. In 1814, on the personal order of Empress Maria Feodorovna, women from among the workers of the St. Petersburg widow's house were invited and sent to medical institutions to care for and look after patients. After a one-year probationary period on March 12, 1815, 16 of the 24 invited widows took the oath and received from the empress a sign specially established for this occasion - the Golden Cross with the inscription “kindness”.

In 1818, the Institute of Compassionate Widows was established in Moscow, and courses for training nurses were organized at many hospitals and hospitals.

Slide number 15.

Lead 1. In 1844, the first in Russia Holy Trinity Community of Sisters of Mercy was founded in St. Petersburg. From that moment on, the training of female medical personnel in Russia reached a new quality level. The initiative to found this community came directly from the Grand Duchess Alexandra Nikolaevna and Princess Theresa of Oldenburg.

Slide number 16.

Lead 2. All women who decided to devote themselves to the noble cause of helping the sick were assigned probation lasting 1 year, in case of successful completion of which they were admitted to the sisters of mercy in the atmosphere of a solemn official ceremony.

Slide number 17.

According to the charter of the Holy Trinity Community, the sisters of mercy were not supposed to own any property, including their own clothes, or even a meager amount of money. It stipulated the following: “Everything that a sister can receive for her services with gifts or money belongs to the community” (the community existed mainly on donations from various charitable organizations). At the slightest violation of these rules, the sister was excluded from the community, but in the whole history there has not been a single such case!

Slide number 18.

Lead 1 ... The largest community of sisters of mercy in Russia, the world's first organization of women's aid in the war, was created on the initiative of prof. of the Medical and Surgical Academy of Nikolai Ivanovich Pirogov under the auspices of led. kn. Elena Pavlovna in connection with the outbreak of the Crimean War. The community was founded on September 14 (27), 1854, when the twelveth feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross is celebrated.

Slide number 19.

Lead 2 ... The first head (sister-abbess) of the community was the widow of the captain, Alexandra Petrovna Stakhovich, who, however, did little to cope with her duties.

Slide number 20.

On October 20, 1855, she was replaced by the more energetic and experienced Ekaterina Aleksandrovna Khitrovo, the head of the "compassionate widows" in Odessa.

On February 2, 1856, when she died of typhus, the leadership of the community, on the recommendation of N.I. Pirogov, passed to Ekaterina Mikhailovna Bakunina, and Elizaveta Petrovna Kartseva became her deputy.

Lead 1. The hard work of the sisters of mercy cannot be overestimated: they worked 20 hours a day, despite the terrible conditions of the front line, constant shelling, cholera and typhus. The sisters' inherent cleanliness and neatness, as well as a beneficial moral influence, allowed them to care for the wounded, who, no doubt, would have simply been doomed without the care of the "sisters," so the soldiers affectionately called the sisters of mercy. The example of these women inspired the Russian public: a huge number of people expressed a desire to provide all possible material assistance, and many Russian women wished to join the ranks of the sisters of mercy.

Slide number 21.

Lead 2. On May 15, 1867, Emperor Alexander II approved the charter of the Society for the Care of the Wounded and Sick Warriors, which in 1876 was renamed the Russian Red Cross Society (ROKK).

Slide number 22.

Lead 2 ... After the revolution of 1917, not only the authorities, the principles of state organization, but also ethical norms, ideas about morality and ethics underwent changes in Russia. The institution of sisters of mercy, which in the eyes of the Bolsheviks was closely associated with religion and the royal family, was also to be scrapped.

However, the new government could not completely abandon the sisterhood. Already by the end of the XIX century. it became obvious that women are indispensable in the role of nursing and nursing staff. During the period under review, the last stage of the transformation of sisters of mercy into modern nurses took place, sisterhood was becoming a profession.

Slide number 23.

Lead 1. The first medical schools in the Republic of Soviets appeared in 1920, at the same time a program for the training of midwives and nurses was developed and adopted for implementation.

Lead 2. In 1927, under the direct supervision of N. A. Semashko, the Regulation on Nurses was published, which clearly defined the responsibilities of nurses to care for patients in hospitals and hospitals.

In the period from 1934 to 1938. over 9000 nurses were trained in Soviet medical schools, and in total in the Soviet Union in the pre-war years there were 967 medical and sanitary schools and departments.

Slide number 24.

Lead 1. In 1942, the first issue of the journal "Nurse" was published.

In the 1950s. all medical schools were reorganized into medical schools - was created state system secondary specialized education of medical workers.

Slide number 25.

Lead 2. In 1993, a philosophy of nursing was formulated and adopted. In 1994, the Association of Russian Nurses was organized, which became a part of and takes an active part in the work of the International Council of Nurses.

Slide number 26.

Lead 1 ... In 1995, for the first time in Russia, a specialist in nursing GM Perfilieva defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Nursing in Russia." Slide number 27.

On her initiative, the faculty of higher nursing education was created at the Moscow Medical Academy. I.M.Sechenov. Slide number 28.

Lead 2. Nursing is not limited by nationality, race, age, gender, political or religious beliefs, social status... The need for this profession is universal. It is needed from birth to death.

The nurse of our time takes on ethical responsibilities: to tell the truth; to do good; do no harm; respect the rights and human dignity of the patient; respect the obligations of others; keep your word; to be committed to the profession.

These humble hands saved you

They served mercy.

They radiated good and, keeping care,

We lived through these days with you.

In burnt trenches, in a blizzard and frost,

Front-line adversity and heat,

Didn't spare themselves in the midst of grief and tears

That troubling wartime.

So heartfelt and simple those words sound:

"Nurse, nurse, sister".

But how much warmth and care they keep

Mother's hands are kind!

The hands of a sister are truly golden

Will bring relief to you

From colds and pains, from any misfortune,

From burns, suffering and wounds.

Nurse, you are a reliable doctor's assistant,

I glorify your righteous work

Let the candle burn out, not sparing itself,

But those who are sick with that light live!
