6. LLC has some significant differences, for example, from an individual entrepreneur (individual entrepreneur)

Society also pays higher taxes than individual entrepreneurs. The company's bookkeeping is more difficult, and LLCs have higher fines, taxes, and more complex reporting than individual entrepreneurs.
