6. You cannot put your signatures and logos on the photos, except for separately agreed cases. There should be nothing in the frame that could betray the author - the carpet on which the author photographs all his models, people, and the room. It is best to photograph against a neutral, solid background.

7. One photo of the work can be selected to add special effects. Allowed to add any special effects on the selected photo.

1. Any registered Bricker user can participate in the competition, except for users who violated critical rules in previous contests, namely users caught trying to "cheat".

2. One job is accepted from one user.

5. The number of photographs of the work is limited: minimum - 3, maximum - 25 photographs. In the case of using gif-animation, it is allowed to use an additional 10 pictures included in the gif-animation. The size on the long side of the picture should not exceed 720 pixels.

6. All controversial issues on competitive applications are resolved by the site administration before the start of voting.

7. If less than 5 works from different participants are submitted to the competition, then the competition will be declared invalid and no prizes will be drawn.

2. Creative competition"Unknown and Mysterious Space" is an educational action aimed at awakening the cognitive motivation, artistic taste and creativity of children. Allows children to realize their inherent desire to model the world around them, self-expression in various forms. The competition is held in order to popularize technical design as one of the methods for the development of preschoolers.
3. Objectives of the competition:
- development of children's technical creativity;
- the formation of preschoolers' skills to participate in competitions;
- identification of gifted, talented children with design thinking among preschool children;
- creation of a common space for communication and exchange of experience for teachers kindergarten. 
- involvement of family members in the interaction on the basis of the assembly of LEGO constructors.

II. Organizers of the Competition
4. The organizers of the Competition are:

III. Competitors
5. The Competition is attended by children of preschool age attending the kindergarten "Solnyshko". The age of the participants is from 5 to 7 years old inclusive.
IV. Organization of the Competition

7. Kindergarten "Solnyshko" performs the following functions:
- registers the participants of the Contest;
- Carries out organizational measures for the Contest;
- forms the composition of the jury of the Competition;
- provides constructors to complete the face-to-face competition task;
- conducts the ceremony of awarding the participants of the Competition;
- organizes an exhibition.

V. Competition procedure
8. All competitors take part in two tests: preparation of an exhibit for the exhibition and a face-to-face competition.
9. The exhibition is open: April 2017. on the basis of a kindergarten.
Regulations for organizing and holding the exhibition:
From March 29 to April 5 - acceptance of works for the exhibition
April 5 - the work of the jury for evaluating exhibition works
from 5 to 11 April - exhibition work
Requirements for exhibits:
Each exhibit is a model of an interstellar flying vehicle that reflects the concept of spaceships. It is accompanied by a label showing the following information:
- title of the work and type (layout, operating model, radio-controlled, etc.);
- surname, name, age of the participant.

Criteria for evaluating exhibition items:
- complexity;

- technical aesthetics, design;
- availability of various mechanical and electronic devices;

- technical complexity (complex geometric structures, moving mechanisms, various connections of parts, etc.).
Projects that clearly show the creativity and originality of the competitor's work will receive more points.

10. Full-time competition held from 1 to 6 April 2017.
The face-to-face competition consists of three competitive tests:
the "Space simulator" competition (the contestants assemble a model of a simulator with a gear transmission according to a drawing for a while);
competition "Lego-rocket" (in 10 minutes the contestants must assemble a model from Lego-cubes according to a given scheme, observing the proportions);
creative competition "Strange Creatures" (in 30 minutes the contestants assemble an alien according to the presentation from any constructor chosen by them).

Evaluation criteria for the Space Simulator competition:
- time to complete the task;
- accuracy of execution;
- independence.

Evaluation criteria for the Lego Rocket competition:
- compliance with the sample of the completed model;
- the accuracy of the transmission of proportions.

Evaluation criteria for the creative competition "Extraterrestrial":
- the complexity of the chosen constructor;
- quality, technical excellence;
- compliance with the subject matter, design;
- originality and / or creativity;
- technical complexity (complex geometric structures, moving
mechanisms, various connections of parts, etc.).

Vi. Providing the Competition
11. Full-time competitive tests are provided by Lego-constructors in unlimited quantities.
Vii. Awarding the winners of the Competition
12. The basis for awarding the winners of the Competition is the decision of the jury, drawn up by the final protocol.
13. The results are summed up in individual classification. The results of the participants are made up of points received for exhibits, contests "Space simulator", "Lego rocket" and "Extraterrestrial".
14. Winners are awarded with certificates, medals and valuable prizes; all participants with diplomas and prizes.

The participants of the "Legotechnik" competition are the teams of the "Legokonstruktsiya" associations, consisting of no more than 7 people from one association. The competition involves the participants passing competitive tests at the stations. The team, moving through the office of the Center, where the teacher gives various tasks, for which they must earn the maximum number of points as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The following stations with tasks are located in the Center:

Station "Lego-erudite", where participants are invited to guess riddles, take part in a quiz, solve logic puzzles;

The Legotechnik competition is held in two stages:
