Ways to send documents

There are several options:

    Mail. You send documents to the address tax office by registered mail with a list of attachments. The registration package of documents will also come to you by mail.     Sending through a representative. The documents are not submitted by you, but by a representative who acts on your behalf by power of attorney. In this case, the application P21001 and a copy of the passport must be certified by a notary. You can pick up documents from the tax office yourself or also through a representative.

    Registration of SP online. This option is a salvation for those who actually live and plan to conduct business far from the place of permanent registration, which means they cannot personally appear at the tax office.

Registration of an individual entrepreneur online through the FTS website

You submit all documents through the website of the Federal Tax Service in electronic form, in the same way you receive documents from the tax office. In this case, you do not need to go to the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service. But this option is available only to those who have an electronic signature, because when sending documents, you need to certify with an EDS. If electronic signature no, you must first apply for its registration in a specialized organization, and pay for it at the rates of the organization (approximately 1,000 rubles).

Please note that the FTS website has two options:

    "Innings electronic documents for state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs ”. If you have an electronic signature and want to open IP online without a personal visit to the tax office, you need to choose this particular option. You will need to download scans of your passport, receipt of payment, application Р21001, and send them, certifying the digital signature.

    "Submission of an application for state registration of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities." This option is not registration of SP online... So you can only fill out and send the P21001 form, that is, declare your intention to register as an individual entrepreneur. But this will not free you from the need to personally appear at the tax office with documents for identification. Moreover, before sending such an application through the FTS service, you will need to pay the state duty at the bank or directly on the FTS website. Without this, you will not be able to send an application through the FTS website.
    By submitting an application, you will receive a notification from the registering authority with an invitation to apply to the tax authority within 3 days. If on the indicated three days you do not appear at the IFTS, your application will be canceled, and you will have to submit a new one.

Step 2. Choose a taxation system for individual entrepreneurs

It is necessary to decide on the taxation system before submitting an application for opening an individual entrepreneur, since the regime will be applied from the date of registration of the individual entrepreneur. Step 3. Pay the state fee for opening an individual entrepreneur

Step 8. Make an IP stamp

The use of seals is being phased out and individual entrepreneurs are not required to have it. However, in some cases, a seal is still required (for example, when issuing a power of attorney to a court). In addition, business customs still keep the memory of seals. Section 2 indicates the number of an individual's registration with the tax office. If the person has not yet received it, then the field is not filled. During the registration of an individual entrepreneur, he will be assigned a TIN and will be given this certificate in his hands.

In line 3, you need to write down the gender of the future entrepreneur using the code:

  • 1 - male.
  • 2 - female.

Information about the place of birth must be recorded in strict accordance with the passport, using abbreviations determined by the order of the Federal Tax Service and KLADR.

In section 5, it is necessary to indicate the citizenship of the future individual entrepreneur using coding. There are three options for filling out this field:

  • 1 - citizen of the Russian Federation.
  • 2 - a foreign citizen.
  • 3 - stateless person.

If a citizen of another state is registered as an individual entrepreneur, then it is necessary to put down the cipher of the code of the corresponding country.

Sheet 2

Section 6 records the full address of the person's place of residence or stay. Each of its geographical components must be entered in a separate field, starting from the postal code and ending with the number of the room in the apartment. If some value is missing, the column remains empty. It is imperative to use abbreviations and names provided by KLADR. The sample application for registration of a SP demonstrates how to correctly indicate this.

Section 7 must include information about the document that confirms the identity of the applicant. The cipher of the certification code, its series and number, the date of issue in digital format, as well as the name of the authority that issued the document and the code are indicated sequentially. In this case, it is imperative to leave an empty cell between words, write as many characters in a line as it can fit into it, transferring the remaining characters to another without a dash sign.

Sheet 3

It must be completed by foreign citizens and stateless persons. Information about the document confirming the right to reside in Russia is recorded in the corresponding fields of the sheet. In the first line, you need to select the code of either a residence permit or a residence permit. Further, the date is indicated in numerical format, the name of the authority that issued the document, its validity period.

Sheet A

Its registration is not mandatory, but nevertheless, it is advisable for a future entrepreneur to fill it out so as not to subsequently make changes to the registration data.

This section contains fields with the main OKVED code and additional ciphers. In accordance with the legislation, a business entity can have only one main type of activity. One sheet A may not be enough due to the large number of additional codes. Then more pages are filled in, while on subsequent sheets the field with the main code remains empty.

When completing this section, additional documents may be required. For example, if the selected OKVED assumes work with minors, including education, development, recreation and sports, then you will also need to present a certificate of no criminal record.

You also need to remember that working in an unspecified type of activity, an entrepreneur can be fined in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses for violating the deadlines for entering this information into the USRIP.

Attention! Since 2013, OKVED digital codes do not need to be deciphered by their names. The main requirement for these strings is that the cipher must contain at least 4 digits.

Sheet B

It is a statement of an individual confirming the data he filled in and is drawn up in duplicate for each party.

The full name and surname are entered at the top.

  • The entrepreneur can pick it up on his own (1).
  • Through a trusted person (2).
  • By mail (3).

Below you need to write down the contact phone number, observing the following rules. It should consist of the country code, city code and the number itself, while dashes are not indicated. When sending an application for registration electronically, you must fill in the field with an e-mail address.

Important! Form R21001 of the application is signed only in the presence of an official of the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate, who with his visa confirms the receipt of the document and verification with the applicant's passport. In the case when the application is submitted by an authorized person, it is signed by him at the notary office, and below the status of the notary and his TIN are indicated.

Do I need to sew an application for registration of an individual entrepreneur

The requirements of the order of the Federal Tax Service do not contain the applicant's obligation to staple the sheets of this document. Therefore, an entrepreneur can do it or not. But, officials The IFTS recommend to fasten the statement at least with a paper clip or a stapler so that the sheets are not lost.

If the SP will still be stitching the p21001 form, then he needs to remember that sheet B must go separately.
