These conditions apply to all festivals except the festival "Starry Autumn".

The costs of organizing and holding the festival are at the expense of the Organizer and the contribution of the participants of the Festival.

The amount of the participant's fee includes expenses: for the material and technical support of the festival program; production of prizes, diplomas and thank you letters; production of souvenirs and advertising brochures; Administrative expenses; holding advertising campaign; hall rental, etc.

Participants pay the registration fee for each competition number in the amount of:

  • for soloists - 2500 rubles;
  • for duets - 2000 rubles. per person;
  • small forms (from 3 to 8 participants) - 1500 rubles. per person;
  • for ensembles from 9 to 15 people - 1300 rubles. per person;
  • for ensembles from 16 people - 1000 rubles per person;
  • for participants in the nomination "Theatrical art" - 1500 rubles. per person (regardless of the number of participants).

Each individual performer has the right to participate with several competition numbers (the number is not limited, but no more than two numbers in one nomination). Participants wishing to participate with a second / additional competition number pay a fee for each next number with a 25% discount, while the main competition number is a solo performance.

In the payment order or receipt, it is necessary to indicate the name of the participant or the name of the team for which the fee is paid.

The deadline for payment of the fee is no later than 3 (three) business days before the date of the festival.

In case of a written refusal to participate in the Festival, no later than 10 calendar days before the start of the Festival, the fee is returned to the participant in full. The fee is not refunded to the participant in case of refusal to participate in the Festival less than 10 days before the start of the Festival. At the request of the participant, the registration fee for participation in the competition can be set off for the subsequent competition.

Disabled children and children with disabilities are exempt from the contribution. Documents must be submitted to the Organizing Committee in advance. Participants in this category are allowed to participate in only one nomination of the competition of one age group.

Arrangement fee

The registration fee is intended for the expenses of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and implementation of the mandatory events of the Seminar program. The cost of excursions and other additional activities does not include the registration fee.

Registration feefor Seminar participants representing Russia and the CIS countries, it is 1005 rubles (provided that it is paid before April 15, 2010 inclusive) or 1205 rubles (after April 15, 2010).C studentsand graduate students are exempt from registration fee.

The registration fee is paid, as a rule, by transfer by the Organization.

Steps to pay the registration fee by transfer by the Organization:

1. The Seminar participant submits an application for participation in the Seminar (fills out and sends by e-mail the registration form), submits the abstracts of the report and until the end of March receives a confirmation (decision) from the Organizing Committee on the inclusion of the report in the Scientific program of the Seminar or a decision on the possibility of participation without a report.

2. For EACH PARTICIPANT from whom the registration fee is received:

2.1. A Participation Agreement is drawn up on behalf of the Directors of the organizations. The text of the agreement has been prepared, it contains the details of the IPU, where you need to transfer funds. The participant will need to fill in the necessary names and requisites and report them to the Seminar Organizing Committee, date the contract (no later than 01.06.10), sign and stamp.

2.2. Having the names and details of both parties, the IPU issues an invoice for the registration fee, which is paid by the Participant's accounting department according to the IPU details specified in the Agreement. The most convenient way to issue an invoice is by fax, since the invoice has a limited validity period (therefore, it is advisable to indicate the fax number in the application for participation). When paying, you should pay special attention to the "Purpose of payment" field and fill it in exactly as written in the Agreement, substituting the name of the Participant.

2.3. An Act of Completed Works is drawn up, which is signed by the participant. The text of the Act has been prepared.

3. The participant brings to the Seminar 2 copies (signed and sealed) of the Agreement and 2 copies (signed and sealed) of the Act. The Agreement and the Act are signed by the Seminar Organizers, one copy remains to the Organizers, and the other is presented by the Participant to his accounting department.

4. The accounting department of the IPU draws up an invoice for the Participant of the Seminar, which must also be attached to the Agreement and the Act for presentation by the Participant to his accounting department.

Registration feecan be listed without waiting for the decision of the Organizing Committee. Then it is NECESSARY to express a desire (inform the organizing committee) to list the registration fee and go to item 2.

The registration fee includes payment for printing a collection of reports, information materials, rental of premises for scientific meetings and transport, coffee breaks and other organizational costs.

The electronic version of the conference materials will be published on the conference website at the end of the conference.

IV. Confirmation of payment of registration fee

To confirm payment the registration fee, the conference participant must provide a document prepared according to the following rules:

V. Cancellation of full-time participation

2. Upon cancellation of full-time participation until April 30, 2018 the entire amount of the registration fee is refunded minus the cost of the bank's services.
3. Upon cancellation of full-time participation from May 1 to May 31, 2018- 70% of the registration fee is returned at the end of the conference (minus the cost of bank services).
4. Upon cancellation of full-time participation after May 31, 2018- The registration fee is not refunded.
5. Cancellation of absentee participation is not provided.
