All this, plus a complete modernization of two paper machines, will allow the company to produce more cardboard and paper products, gradually and further increase production. Thanks to Step, it will be increased by another 20% - up to a million tons per year. SLPK began to produce more energy. Its generating capacities have grown by 80 megawatts. At the same time, the new facilities themselves are less energy-intensive and are classified as “environment friendly” - that is, "Friendly to nature".

Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, who visited Mondi SYPK noticed that such major changes in the technologies of timber processing industries in a time of crisis for the world economy is a significant phenomenon. Production
