DIY heart soap for Valentine's Day. Handmade Soap Heart Soap Heart Soap Base Recipes

Good day, my dear friends and readers! January has flown by with all its merry holidays. We noticed that there are more holidays in the cold season than in summer, and in February there are two of them: Valentine's Day and Defender of the Fatherland Day. If we celebrate February 23 for a long time, then Valentine's Day is relatively recent. This import holiday has taken root in our country surprisingly quickly. Probably, I liked the cute attributes of this holiday - hearts. They are made from paper, fabric, thread ... There are also more creative options. And I want to show you how you can make handmade soap in the shape of a heart for gifts.

A kilogram of soap is not that expensive. The price depends on the composition and the manufacturer. In order to understand whether you like soap making or not, you can buy a minimum package weighing half a kilogram.

Simple plastic molds cost around eighty rubles. Perhaps your child has a heart-shaped plastic mold in the sand play set. Use it. Before use - wipe the inner surface with oil. I bought silicone hearts with corrugated edges in a store at the same price - six for thirty-nine rubles. Of course, large silicone molds are not cheap. It is worth spending on them only if soap making becomes your hobby, and possibly a source of income. And there are options here. You can buy on sales or do it yourself.

Oils are useful not only for making soap, but also for making sachets, aromatic salt, home cosmetics ... The cost depends on the manufacturer. There is a large selection in state pharmacies at affordable prices.

Food colorant is sold in sets in powder form. The price is not high. Special liquid dyes, non-migrating, - the price depends on the composition and the manufacturer. Sold by the piece or in sets at handicraft stores.

Pigments are not the cheapest commodity. It is quite possible to do without it. But if you buy a jar, then it will last for a long time. Also sold in craft stores.

Glycerin in a pharmacy costs from fifteen to twenty-five rubles per fifty milliliters.

I won't write about alcohol. I buy at the pharmacy.

Labor costs are small. It will also take a little time to make such gifts.

Hope you learned something new about how to make cute, inexpensive and beautiful gifts - handmade heart shaped soap for Valentine's Day.

I wish you creative success in making gifts. Share your opinion in the comments. Ask questions if something is not clear.

Of course, this master class does not offer soap making from scratch. People who make soap professionally have pantries full of crazy ingredients, bizarre shapes, and beautiful packaging. At the same time, commercial soap is crammed with all sorts of chemicals, which is a little frustrating.

Therefore, you can buy a ready-made natural soap base, which you only need to melt, add additives and pour into molds. It's as easy as melting chocolate! The whole process of soap making will take you only 15 minutes of active time and 3-4 hours of waiting for the base to harden.

The heart is not the only way to decorate this product. You can, for example, purchase forms in the form of Christmas trees, coniferous extract and make fragrant crafts for the New Year. Or in the form of flowers, add a coconut scent - and a wonderful soap for summer is ready!

Step-by-step master class

So let's start making soap with hearts inside.

Step 1: cut the base

Step 2: grease the forms

Lubricate the heart molds with vegetable oil.

Step 3: melt the base

Melt ¼ of the entire chopped soap base in a steamer or microwave.

Add red dye and cosmetic oils to the melted base (it is recommended to add oils at the rate of ¾ teaspoon for every 4 ml of soap).

Step 4: fill the molds

Mix everything well. Pour the mixture into the shape of the hearts and let it harden for 40-60 minutes.

Step 5: get the hearts out

Remove the hearts from the molds.

Use a fork to scratch the convex part of the hearts (this will provide better adhesion of the layers). Place the hearts flat side down in rectangular containers. Use your hand to gently press down on the hearts. Make sure they stick to the bottom of the container. Add glitter, sugar and other inclusions as desired.

Step 6: fill with white base

Melt the remaining soap base in a double boiler or microwave. Add additional ingredients, cosmetic and essential oils as desired.

Pour the liquid foundation into containers over the hearts.

1. Let's start by freeing up the workspace and putting all the necessary components into a heap. 2. We measure out 50 gr. base for the first transparent glitter layer and put it in the microwave for kindling.
3. Add dye and sparkles. We don't add a lot of pink, so that our heart is delicate and transparent.
4. Now we measure and add the oils (approximately 0.5 ml. In total, since we will need to add the second portion to the second layer). Remember not to add too much, otherwise the soap will lose its lush lather.
5. And now the perfume. If all of us for 100 gr. soap, you can add 7-10 drops. then add half to this layer.
6. Spray the mold with alcohol and pour out the first layer. Let it harden, but do not hold it for a long time, otherwise the layers will not stick together and the soap will then disintegrate.
7. The rest of the base (50 gr.) We heat in the microwave.
8. Measure out a pinch of white mother-of-pearl and pour into a hot base.
9. Stir well so that there are no lumps and the base becomes not transparent.

12. Add perfume (4-5 drops).
13. Scratch slightly the previous layer (hardened), sprinkle it with alcohol so that the layers are well bonded. Pour the base into the mold.
14. Spray with alcohol so that there are no bubbles. We leave to freeze for half an hour, take it out and enjoy =)
Enjoy your soap making!

Many people began to get involved in soap making, this is quite an interesting activity and does not take too much time. Having made a beautiful soap, you can use it yourself or give it to someone for a holiday in a beautiful wrapper. Now I will tell you how to make handmade soap in the shape of a heart, and for this we need it. We will use the existing molds that you can buy at the store. Soap can also be made in absolutely any color. But as gifts for March 8, heart soap is very suitable for women.

There are special departments for the purchase of the necessary material, or you can buy everything in parts, separately and in different places. The first time, you will not succeed very well, so do not be upset.

In this master class, we will add sugar to the soap, make it fragrant and bright. In different portions for cooking, you can make different colors, just add a little sparkle.

Let's see what material is needed to make handmade soap heart:

Basis for soap.
Red or pink dyes.
Any vegetable oil.
Sweet flavor.
Heart shaped soap molds.
Sugar.
The vessel is deep.
One stick used for sushi.
If necessary, a glass.

So, we have prepared everything you need, if you forgot something, we'll figure it out along the way.

Take the soap base and cut it into cubes. We put in a recessed plate.

Now we put the plate in the microwave. Be sure to follow the process so that over time the liquid does not start to boil. When we pull it out of the microwave, it will be warm, then we act quickly.

Now let's experiment with color. Let's make the soap light pink. To do this, we need to add white dye, and only then pink. If you bought dyes in a store, then there must necessarily be an instruction and a dispenser, with the help of them we control the color, adding more pink, white or red colors.

Then, by eye, we determine how much liquid you have and add a quarter teaspoon of oil per 100 grams, or rather, for 400 grams of liquid, one teaspoon of vegetable oil.

Be sure to stir the liquid thoroughly with a stick.

When the liquid has been stirred and it has become homogeneous, then add a couple of teaspoons of sugar. Since the liquid is quite warm, stir the sugar very quickly, because it will begin to cool immediately.

And the last stage - we pour the mixture into silicone molds. It will be easy to get hardened soap from molds of such material.

When the liquid has cooled down, it means that soap has appeared. Carefully take it out of the molds and see how beautiful it is.

If you made it for a gift, find some pretty wrapping paper and wrap it around the soap.

You can also make soap in other colors, experimenting with colors.

If you liked this craft, then I suggest you do a lot more interesting things, for example, find out or. It's also very fun to sew. If you are doing homemade products, then everything that you create is unique.
