Volma canvas (layer) plaster gray plaster (30 kg). Volma layer Plaster gypsum volma certificate of conformity

Volma, the largest domestic manufacturer of building materials, has a longstanding and interesting story... The enterprise is based on the basis of the Volgograd gypsum plant, which began to be erected immediately after the victory of the Soviet troops in the Battle of Stalingrad. The city needed Construction Materials, for recovery after exhausting battles, when 90% of buildings and structures were destroyed.

The plant starts production of gypsum in 1949 and gradually develops, expanding its range. Soon, the line of products offered already includes: gypsum boards, plaster, gypsum the highest quality etc. However, in 1991, the enterprise, like most other factories in the country, began to reduce the volume of materials produced and in 1999 the question of its bankruptcy arose (almost a year's wage arrears, downtime, etc.). It was at this time (06/30/99) that young managers began to rectify the situation. They not only prevented bankruptcy, but also restored production lines... In 2006, all manufactured products are transferred to trade mark Volma. The main thing is that the plant is absolutely independent from foreign capital, in comparison with similar enterprises, where the material basis is investments from abroad.

Work is allowed at air and base temperatures from + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C.

Substrate preparation: the mortar can only be applied on an even, solid, dry, clean surface. Before carrying out work, it is recommended to clean the surface of the base from dust and dirt, remove everything that can reduce the adhesion of the plaster to the base, additionally treat highly absorbent surfaces with a primer (if necessary, treatment can be carried out several times).

Package: paper bags 30 kg.

Storage: in a dark, dry place in sealed original packaging, shelf life - 6 months from the date of production.

Before starting work, it is necessary to carefully prepare the base to be treated. To do this, remove all types of dirt, as well as peeling elements of the old coating. If necessary, you can use beacons, having previously installed them on the surface. All metal objects on the surface of the base should be treated with a solution that can prevent the development of corrosion processes.

How to prepare and apply the solution

Before you start preparing the solution, you must carefully read Volma Layer instructions for use... The main requirements here are strict adherence to the proportions of the mixture and water, amounting to 1 kilo to 0.6-0.7 liters of water. In this regard, it should be said that Volma Slay is packed in bags weighing 30 kilos. Thus, to prepare a solution from this amount of the mixture, you will need about 21 liters of water.

Pour room temperature water into a clean container, preferably plastic, as it is more convenient to work with. After that, start filling the mixture, strictly observing the above proportion. For convenience, when stirring, it is worth using special mechanisms, for example, a drill equipped with an appropriate nozzle.

After mixing the solution and if there are no lumps in it, give it five minutes to activate all the components of the plaster. Then move the solution again to make sure there are no lumps.

Volma Layer is gypsum plaster and should not be used for outdoor work. After completing the process of applying the final layer of plaster, you can proceed to the decorative finishing of the base.

Application of Volma Layer plaster

You must remember that the mixture hardens within 20 or maximum 30 minutes. Therefore, do not dilute a lot of solution, as you may simply not have time to work out all of it. When the mortar is ready, start applying it to the base, and then, using the rule, level the surface.

Trimming excess Volma Layer

After application, Volma Layer plaster will take about 60 minutes to harden... After that, you can start cutting off the excess and sealing up the formed depressions and depressions.

Smoothing the surface

About 20 minutes after the end of the trimming operation, you can start smoothing the surface of the base to be treated.
