Review of the travel agency Tez Tour and bullying in Israel. On December 3, my sister and I returned from Israel, where we really hoped to rest and swim in the sea. But our dreams did not come true. I'll tell you in order, and I will be brief, although the emotions are off scale. My sister and I bought tickets at the Tez Tour travel agency (on the Alekseevskaya metro station), the tour operator was Coral Travel, out of the two offered hotels (both in the city of Eilat) we opted for Prima Music, the girl wished us a great rest and we galloped home joyfully, more not knowing what we signed up for, and what horror awaited us ahead. Well let's go .... On December 2, at 16.30 local time, we landed at the Ovda airport in the Israeli city of Eilat. Everything is as usual, long lines lined up to the windows, BUT moving just at an incredibly slow speed, 15-20 minutes of interrogation were allotted for each person. About 2 hours later, our turn came up. And then questions followed, what is the name, for what purpose you are going, how much money with you, who you work with. All this in a rude form, in raised tones, reaching a cry, then they demanded a phone and for a very long time digging in it, looking at photos, reading messages, contacts and so on, without giving my passport, I was told to go into a separate room and wait. It was not clear what to expect. There were already 30 people in this room and everyone was at a loss. After 30 minutes, a representative of Coral Travel came up to us, checked the list and said that we have to wait for you for 2 hours and leave, and if you are allowed to get to the hotel on your own, the cost of a taxi will be $ 100. They did not receive any answer to all questions about the situation, and the young man quickly left. For interrogation in a specially designated room I was summoned around 22.00 with all my things. There I was met by 4 women of unpleasant appearance, and then it seemed to me that I was really being interrogated by the Nazis in 41, only there were not enough needles under my nails. Severe pressure, rudeness, intimidation, threats, ridicule, shouts, phrases "you are lying" to all my answers. Again they rummaged through the entire phone, dumped all my things out of the suitcase on the dirty floor, threw everything, then they took a picture of me, took my fingerprints, threw me a paper that I had to sign (I refused), and said that access to Israel was closed for me refusing to give the reason. It was just terribly cold on the bus and the driver did not react to all requests to make it warmer, as well as to the request to stop in order to go to the toilet. Then another surprise awaited us, in the form of a migration prison instead of an airport. We were greeted by several men, they were listed according to the list, they took away things, phones, without even allowing them to warn our loved ones, we received an ambiguous answer to the questions about how long we were here. Then we were taken to cells, thank God we were placed in one by our sister. In the cell there are iron bunks, bars on the windows, a smelly toilet soiled into tin, with used paper right on the floor, there were many used brushes and pastes near the sink (we were also given these when we were placed in cells) and it’s just terribly cold and damp. My sister and I lay down on the same bed, huddled together to somehow warm up, covered ourselves with jackets and tired, hungry (15 hours had passed since the last meal) still fell asleep. We woke up from a terrible roar, a man came in and enumerated everyone on the list put a small decanter of tea and threw on the floor a completely not appetizing-looking bun, tea was enough for 6 people for only half a glass, respectively, no one could eat the buns, they were stale, rotten with an incomprehensible sourness inside ... How long it was, we didn’t receive answers to requests to call our relatives and when we left here. Probably an eternity has passed, we are hungry, without water, in anticipation of something. Finally a man came in and read out the lists of who followed him, my sister was on this list, I was not. We sobbed and asked not to be divided, to which he rudely told my sister to move. So I was left alone and 3 more girls, where they took my sister and when they would take me I did not know. After a while, they finally took the four of us, while we were picking up our bags, I managed to secretly write an SMS to my sister and find out that everything is all right with her and she is at the airport. Then they banned the use of phones, all our bags were placed in the trunk, the phones were ordered and monitored so that we would leave them in the bags. They brought us to the airport, searched thoroughly, turned all our things over again and took us to the plane, took us on the plane like criminals. What was my happiness when, using SMS, I found out that my sister was also on this plane. And then on the plane we finally ate and drank, it seemed to us the tastiest food and water))) After 4 hours we were finally in Moscow, but the surprises were not over, upon arrival it turned out that my sister's luggage was lost, it simply wasn’t sent, and until now his fate is not known. Moving away from the shock, we did not understand what such cruel treatment of Russian tourists was for. And why did not Coral Travel, Tez Tour warn about such a situation, and they know about it (the stewardess said that there are 10-15 people each flight deported), why they contribute to the fact that people experienced such horror. Manager Olga of the Tez Tour travel agency (office of Alekseevskaya metro station) did not even say a word that there is now such a massive return from Israel, and that we may have problems, and after all, we have been regular customers of this office for many years, and buying a ticket, automatically, the confidence is formed that you will be completely safe and nothing will happen to you.
