  1. General Provisions.

1.1. This job description was developed on the basis of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273 - FZ "On education in the Russian Federation, the Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia) of August 26, 2010 N 761n, Moscow" On approval of the Unified qualification reference book of positions of managers, specialists and employees, section "Qualification characteristics of positions of educational workers" ".

1.2. The position of a trainer-teacher belongs to the category of a specialist.

1.3. A person who has a higher professional education or secondary vocational education in the field of physical education and sports is accepted for the position of a coach-teacher.

1.4. The coach-teacher is accepted and dismissed by the director of the CYSS.

1.5. The coach-teacher reports directly to the deputy director of the school for teaching and educational work.

1.6. For the period of vacation and temporary disability of a trainer-teacher, his duties may be assigned to one of the trainers-teachers. Temporary performance of duties in these cases is carried out on the basis of the order of the school director, issued in compliance with the requirements of labor legislation.

3. Job responsibilities.

3.1. Carries out recruitment to a sports school, section, a group of sports and recreational orientation of children and adolescents who want to engage in physical culture and sports and do not have medical contraindications.

3.2. Selects the most promising students, pupils for their further sports improvement.

3.3. Conducts educational, training and educational work using a variety of techniques, methods and teaching aids, modern educational technologies, including information, as well as digital educational resources.

3.4. Conducts training sessions, relying on achievements in the field of methodological, pedagogical and psychological sciences, developmental psychology and school hygiene, as well as modern information technologies using the most effective methods of sports training of students and their health improvement.

3.5. Organizes a variety of activities for students, pupils, incl. independent, research, problem learning, focusing on their personality, the development of the motivation of their cognitive interests, abilities; carries out a connection between teaching and practice, discusses current events of our time with students, pupils.

3.6. Effectively solves professional and pedagogical problems and typical professional tasks that arise in real situations of pedagogical activity, using life experience, existing qualifications, generally recognized values;

3.7. Owns modern educational technologies, technologies of pedagogical diagnostics (surveys, individual and group interviews), psychological and pedagogical correction, stress relief, etc., methodological techniques, pedagogical tools and their constant improvement;

3.8. Uses methodological ideas, new literature and other sources of information in the field of competence and teaching methods to build modern classes with students, the implementation of value-based reflection.

3.9. Provides and analyzes the achievement and confirmation of the levels of sports (physical) training by students, pupils, assesses the effectiveness of their training using modern information and computer technologies, incl. text editors and spreadsheets in their activities.

3.10. Provides an increase in the level of physical, theoretical, moral-volitional, technical and sports training of students, pupils, strengthening and protecting their health in the process of training, the safety of the educational and training process.

3.11. Conducts preventive work to counteract the use by students, pupils of various types of doping.

3.12. Develops a work program, annual and current training plans, ensures their implementation, maintains a systematic record, analysis, generalization of work results, including using electronic forms.

3.13. Participates in the work of pedagogical, methodological councils, other forms of methodological work, in the preparation and conduct of parenting meetings, recreational, educational and other activities provided for by the educational program, in the organization and conduct of methodological and advisory assistance to parents, persons replacing them.

3.14. Provides protection of life and health of students, pupils during the educational process. Complies with the rules for labor protection and fire safety. Conducts instruction on labor protection of students with obligatory registration in the journal of the established form;

3.18. Respects the legal rights and freedoms of students.

3.19. Does not allow classes that pose a danger to the life and health of students and school employees with a notification to the deputy director of the school for teaching and educational work;

3.20. Submits proposals for improving working and learning conditions for inclusion in the Agreement on labor protection.

4. Rights.

4.1. Participate in the management of the school in the manner determined by the Charter of the CYSS.

4.2. To protect professional honor and dignity.

4.3. To get acquainted with complaints and other documents containing an assessment of his work, to give explanations on them.

4.4. To defend their interests independently and / or through a representative, including a lawyer, in the event of a disciplinary investigation or an official investigation related to a violation of professional ethics by the teacher.

4.5. On the confidentiality of disciplinary (official) investigation, except in cases provided by law.

4.6. Freely choose and use teaching and education methods, teaching aids and materials, textbooks, methods of assessing students' knowledge.

4.7. Improve qualifications.

4.8. To be certified on a voluntary basis for the appropriate qualification category and to receive it in case of successful certification.

4.9. To give students during classes and breaks mandatory orders related to the organization of classes and the observance of discipline, to bring students to disciplinary responsibility in the cases and in the manner established by the Charter of the Rules of Conduct for students of the CYSS.

5. Responsibility.

In accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the trainer-teacher is responsible for:

5.2. Life and health of students during the educational process, violation of the rights and freedoms of students.

5.3. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and the Internal Labor Regulations of the CYSS, legal orders of the school principal and other local regulations, official duties established by this Instruction, the coach-teacher shall be disciplined in the manner prescribed by labor legislation.

5.4. For the use, including one-time, methods of upbringing associated with physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of the student, as well as committing any other immoral offense, the trainer-teacher may be dismissed from his position in accordance with labor legislation and the Law of the Russian Federation " About education ". Dismissal for this misconduct is not a disciplinary measure.

5.5. For the culpable infliction of damage on the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, the coach-teacher is financially liable in the manner and within the limits established by labor and (or) civil legislation.

6. Relationships. Relationships by position.

Trainer-teacher:

6.1. Works in the mode of fulfilling the volume of the study load established for him in accordance with the schedule of training sessions, participation in compulsory planned general school events and self-planning of compulsory activities for which production norms are not established.

6.2. During the vacation period, which does not coincide with the vacation, carries out pedagogical, methodological and organizational work within the normalized part of his working time, corresponding to the established volume of the academic load or pedagogical work established for him before the start of the vacation. The work schedule of the coach-teacher during the holidays is approved by the order of the school director.

6.3. Replaces in accordance with the established procedure temporarily absent trainers-teachers on the terms of hourly payment or tariffication (depending on the replacement period).

6.4. Receives from the administration of the Children's and Youth Sports School materials of a normative - legal and organizational - methodological nature, gets acquainted with the relevant documents on receipt.

6.5. Systematically exchanges information with the administration and teaching staff of the CYSS.

7. Requirements for qualifications.

7.1. Higher vocational education or secondary vocational education in the field of physical education and sports without presenting requirements for work experience or higher vocational education or secondary vocational education and additional vocational education in the field of physical education and sports without presenting requirements for work experience.

7.2. For a senior coach-teacher - higher professional education in the field of physical education and sports and work experience in the specialty for at least 2 years.

5.2. The sports coach is responsible for:

Non-fulfillment (improper fulfillment) of their official duties;

Failure to comply with the internal labor regulations, rules and regulations of labor protection and fire safety;

Causing material damage to the organization - in accordance with applicable law.
