4. Rights

The instructor-methodologist of physical culture and sports organizations has the right to:

4.1. Participate in the discussion of draft decisions of the organization's management.

- for improper performance or non-performance of their duties stipulated by this job description - in the manner prescribed by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation;

- for offenses and crimes committed in the course of their activities - in the manner prescribed by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Russian Federation;
